This is a 100% working crack for GTA IV (The Author is Razor 1911). Just download it and paste it in your game directory. When you are asked to replace then click 'Replace' (windows 7) or 'Yes' (windows XP). To be honest, its really hard to fix GTA IV but this is a great way to do it.
